Our client is a leading conglomerate with a significant footprint across the GCC. As they continue to expand their operations in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a seasoned HR Strategy Director to lead their human capital initiatives and drive organizational excellence.

The Role:

As the HR Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation and performance. This position demands a forward-thinking leader who can drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance workforce planning, and establish policies that support long-term business growth.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals.
  • Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Establish and refine HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in line with best practices.
  • Drive a culture of employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion to foster a high-performance environment.
  • Leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize workforce productivity.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on key business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across the GCC.

  • Deep understanding of Saudi labor laws and GCC employment regulations.
  • Proven ability to drive cultural change, engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Experience in HR analytics and digital transformation, leveraging technology for business advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance business needs with HR best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are a plus.
