HR Specialist(Saudization)– Riyadh KSA (MNC Manufacturing)
Role: HR Specialist
Reporting To: Branch Manager/ HR Manager
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate and coordinate with the Branch Manager, the HR Manager and the Senior Management of the Italian Headquarter to operatively implement the HR initiatives required by the Company.
Contribute, together with the HR Team, to the implementation of HR strategies, policies and programs provided by the Management to ensure the continuity of international operations in compliance with Saudi Laws, international regulations and standards.
Handle the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employment contracts, contract renewals, orientation, training programs, performance management, employee relations and offboarding, across multiple countries and regions.
Use HR Information Systems HRIS for efficient data tracking, employee records, and HR reporting (i.e. QIWA platform).
Use the corporate HR platform for uploading and/or updating contractual data and to process related reports.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and local regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
Support external consultants in the field of Labor Law and personnel management, when required by superiors.
Cooperate in the management of all aspects related to compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee rewards and recognition.
Handling the activities of calculation and payment of GOSI contributions.
Collaborate with the different Corporate Functions in relation to crosscutting issues of common interest.
Perform HR reporting and analytics. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR Operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Administration. Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC and with international companies is preferred.
Must Have:
Knowledge of Saudi HR laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and visa and Saudization requirements.
Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Strong proficiency in HR software (internal and ministerial) and MS Office
Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
