HR Specialist (Saudization) - Riyadh KSA (MNC Manufacturing)

Our Client, an Italian Multinational Manufacturing company based in Riyadh, KSA, is hiring an HR Specialist (Saudization).

Role: HR Specialist

Reporting To: Branch Manager / HR Manager

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Collaborate with the Branch Manager, HR Manager, and Senior Management of the Italian headquarters to implement HR initiatives.
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs in compliance with Saudi Laws and international standards.
  3. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding across multiple regions.
  4. Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as QIWA for data tracking, employee records, and reporting.
  5. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, including immigration, work permits, and visa requirements.
  6. Support external consultants in labor law and personnel management matters.
  7. Assist in managing compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives.
  8. Handle GOSI contributions calculation and payments.
  9. Collaborate with other corporate functions on cross-cutting HR issues.
  10. Perform HR reporting and analytics; stay updated on HR industry trends and best practices.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR Operations/Administration; experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC with international companies preferred.

Must Have:

  • Knowledge of Saudi HR laws, employment contracts, work permits, visas, and Saudization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
