Job description

Our Client, an Italian Multinational Manufacturing company based in Riyadh, KSA, is hiring an HR Specialist (Saudization).


Position: HR Specialist (Saudization) – Riyadh, KSA (MNC Manufacturing)


Reporting To: Branch Manager / HR Manager


Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Collaborate and coordinate with the Branch Manager, HR Manager, and Senior Management of the Italian Headquarters to implement HR initiatives.
  2. Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs in compliance with Saudi Laws and international standards.
  3. Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, renewals, orientation, training, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding across multiple regions.
  4. Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) for data tracking, employee records, and reporting (e.g., QIWA platform).
  5. Update contractual data and process related reports via the corporate HR platform.
  6. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visas.
  7. Support external consultants on Labor Law and personnel management as needed.
  8. Assist in managing compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentives, and rewards.
  9. Handle GOSI contributions calculations and payments.
  10. Collaborate with corporate functions on crosscutting HR issues.
  11. Perform HR reporting and analytics, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or HR certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR Operations/Administration, with experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, preferably with international companies.

Must Have:

  • Knowledge of Saudi HR laws, employment contracts, work permits, visas, and Saudization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
