Our Client, an Italian Multinational Manufacturing company based in Riyadh, KSA, is hiring an HR Specialist (Saudization).


HR Specialist – Riyadh, KSA (MNC Manufacturing)


Role:

HR Specialist


Reporting To:

Branch Manager / HR Manager


Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Collaborate and coordinate with the Branch Manager, HR Manager, and Senior Management of the Italian Headquarter to implement HR initiatives.
  2. Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs in compliance with Saudi laws and international standards.
  3. Handle the full employee lifecycle across multiple countries, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, performance management, and offboarding.
  4. Utilize HRIS (e.g., QIWA platform) for data tracking and reporting.
  5. Use the corporate HR platform for contractual data management and reporting.
  6. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visas.
  7. Support external consultants in labor law and personnel management when required.
  8. Assist in managing compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and employee recognition programs.
  9. Handle GOSI contributions calculations and payments.
  10. Collaborate with corporate functions on crosscutting HR issues.
  11. Perform HR reporting and analytics; stay updated on industry HR trends and best practices.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in HR Operations/Administration; experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC and with international companies is preferred.

Must Have:
  • Knowledge of Saudi HR laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
