Qualifications

Job description

Our Client, an Italian Multinational MNC company based in Riyadh, KSA, is Hiring HR Specialist (Saudization)

Role: HR Specialist

Reporting To: Branch Manager/ HR Manager

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Branch Manager, HR Manager, and Senior Management of the Italian Headquarters to implement HR initiatives required by the Company.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to ensure the continuity of international operations, in compliance with Saudi Laws, international regulations, and standards.
  • Handle the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employment contracts, contract renewals, orientation, training programs, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding across multiple countries and regions.
  • Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient data tracking, employee records, and HR reporting (e.g., QIWA platform).
  • Update contractual data and process related reports via the corporate HR platform.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and local regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
  • Support external consultants in Labor Law and personnel management when required.
  • Assist in managing compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee rewards and recognition.
  • Manage activities related to GOSI contributions calculation and payment.
  • Collaborate with corporate functions on crosscutting HR issues.
  • Perform HR reporting and analytics; stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR Operations.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in HR Operations/HR Administration. Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, especially with international companies, is preferred.

Must Have:
  • Knowledge of Saudi HR laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, visas, and Saudization.
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HR software (internal and ministerial) and MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
