Job description

Experience: 3-7 years as HR specialist

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assisting in supervising a variety of programs and policies regarding employees such as advertising job positions, recruitment, processing applications, verifying employment, separation, contracts, and compensation schedule in compliance with organization’s policies, contracts, laws, and agreements.
  2. Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff to provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records, and legislation.
  3. Ensuring accurate information reflects in the payroll database, verifying, and providing inputs regarding data and pay changes.
  4. Informing applicants and employees regarding various programs and procedure requirements such as tenure, hours of work, benefits, general work expectations, and time off.
  5. Preparing invoices and payments related to payroll reporting.
  6. Maintaining confidentiality concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents, and organizational plans.
  7. Collecting information on benefits, salaries, and issues regarding contract negotiations.
  8. Providing overall assistance and research support to HR and Finance teams on benefit policies, programs, and procedures.
Salary

Basic: 5000-8000 SR + 40% of basic Accommodation & Transportation + yearly air ticket + one month vacation every year
