In this role, you will be integral in streamlining HR processes to foster an engaging work environment. Your expertise will be vital in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.


Responsibilities:
  1. Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and cross-functional teams, serving as a strategic business partner to contribute to the IT division's growth and competitiveness.
  3. Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and digital formats, ensuring all employment requirements are met and updated with new hiring information.
  4. Support the Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Analysts with local compensation cycle tasks, ensuring that benefits programs are maintained according to plans, including the development of policy documents.
  5. Research and stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
  6. Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
