We are seeking an HR Specialist to join one of our subsidiary companies in Dammam. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, payroll processing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily HR operations to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Process employee payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain employee records and handle administrative tasks.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR and payroll matters.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Languages: Fluency English is required.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law and payroll systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and HR software is an advantage.

Other Requirements
