Job description

HR Recruiter Specialized in F&B Field

National Saudi only

As an HR Recruiter at SIHAMCO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across hospitality, F&B, spa, events, and entertainment divisions. You will collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, manage seasonal and permanent hiring cycles, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience aligned with the company’s standards of quality, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment for The Groves Chapter III and other projects

Prepare and post job ads on local and international platforms

Source, screen, and interview candidates (in-person and virtually)

Manage hiring for e-visa, GOSI, and seasonal employees

Liaise with operations and department heads on manpower planning

Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and walk-ins

Maintain applicant databases and recruitment trackers

Conduct reference and background checks

Issue offer letters and follow up on onboarding documentation

Support pre-arrival, arrival, and orientation processes

Ensure recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor laws and GEA/GOSI regulations

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all candidate interactions
