How you’ll make an impact

• Lead and manage all aspects of HR projects in Saudi Arabia that support organizational growth and transformation
• Collaborate with HR teams and business areas to design and implement people strategies, ensuring growth and ramp-up projects are progressing according to plan
• Monitor key HR metrics related to organizational growth and present data-driven insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify people-related risks, bottlenecks, or deviations in project plans and take proactive steps to address them
• Drive process improvements and bring structure to ambiguous or complex challenges

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR within a matrix multinational organization
• Proven experience in HR project management or a similar role supporting business growth or transformation
• Experience working on business growth/ramp-up HR projects
• Knowledge of KSA labor regulations
• Thorough understanding of HR practices, systems, and methodologies
• Self-driven with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent command of Arabic and English languages
• Due to local requirements, this position is restricted to Saudi nationals only
