Job description

ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective:

The Performance Management Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of performance management processes and programs. This role assists in monitoring and improving employee performance, ensuring that performance evaluations are conducted consistently and effectively. The Performance Management Officer works closely with the Performance Management Manager to enhance performance management systems and contribute to a high-performance culture within the organization.

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Support the establishment of performance management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Administer the performance management cycle, including coordinating performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of performance-related documentation and reports.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on performance management procedures and best practices.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops related to performance management for employees and managers.
  • Maintain and update performance management systems and tools to ensure they meet organizational needs.
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing performance management processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyse reports on performance management metrics, trends, and outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to support decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administering performance management processes and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
