Job description

Job Purpose: To ensure accurate payroll execution and streamlined HR operations by managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring legal compliance, and acting as a key operational anchor between HR, Finance, and employees.

Tasks:-

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in salaries, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Handle salary changes, employee advances (housing, loans, vacations), and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
  • Generate and distribute payslips, salary certificates, and other related documents.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures (clearance).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system regularly.
  • Prepare HR letters (introductory letters, salary certificates, warnings, circulars, etc.).
  • Track employee leaves, attendance issues, and contract renewals.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
  • Must have strong knowledge of HR procedures related to both payroll and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
