Job Purpose:
Supervise HR operations to ensure accurate payroll, employee data management, benefits administration and compliance with Saudi labor law. Act as the link between employees, management and government authorities, ensuring efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations including contracts, personnel files, HRMS updates and employee records.
- Oversee payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in salary, overtime, allowances and deductions.
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Ensure timely processing of employee requests such as salary certificates, employment letters and end-of-service benefits.
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure HR practices comply with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, MHRSD and other relevant regulations.
- Manage government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad and Taqat.
- Prepare reports for audits, inspections and management reviews.
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as first point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, policies and benefits.
- Support grievance handling, disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution in coordination with HR management.
- Guide employees and line managers on HR policies and procedures.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintain HR dashboards and provide monthly reports on headcount, payroll cost, turnover and compliance status.
- Ensure HR documentation and workflows are standardized across all business units.
Team Leadership
- Supervise HR officers/specialists to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Provide training and guidance on HR processes, systems and compliance requirements.
- Support HR projects such as system implementations and policy rollouts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government portals (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, Taqat).
- Experience with payroll systems and HRMS/ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Certifications:
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
