The purpose of this job is to handle all HR operations work, including attendance, leaves, payroll, government relations (Qiwa, GOSI, HRSD, Mudad, Taqat, Muqeem, etc.), violations and disciplinary actions, travel, health insurance, forms and letters, work contracts, and any other related work.


Key Accountabilities
  • Track employees' attendance and reflect that on the affected functions.
  • Process all types of leave requests and ensure adherence to the leave policies and procedures.
  • Prepare the payroll as per the HR policies and procedures guide, in cooperation with the finance team.
  • Upload the required payroll files to the Wage Protection System (Mudad) and ensure that the company is abiding by the Saudi Labor System.
  • Process all types of requests on Qiwa, such as work permit renewal, service transfers, Iqama renewal, work contract electronic documentation, etc.
  • Process all types of requests on GOSI, such as adding a new employee, deleting an exiting employee, etc.
  • Process all types of requests on Muqeem, such as Iqama, service transfers, printing Iqama, etc.
  • Provide new employees with supporting materials such as ID, email, laptop, SIM cards, etc., in cooperation with the recruitment team and other related departments.
  • Handle visa issuance requests through all related e-channels.
  • Follow official government news and notify HR management of new or amended regulations and laws related to HR.
  • Investigate employees' violations and suggest proper disciplinary actions as per the violations and disciplinary policy.
  • Handle the End of Service (EOS) process for exiting employees in accordance with HR policies, procedures, and the Saudi Labor System.
  • Prepare official letters requested by employees as per HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that employee files contain the required documents, such as CVs, ID information, transcripts, etc., in accordance with the Saudi Labor System.
  • Act as the first point of contact with employees and process their requests or redirect them to the concerned HR sub-department.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Saudi Nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in HR Operations.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
