Job summary

A leading international group in the Makkah Region is looking for an HR & Operation Specialist to oversee the full employee journey. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.

Job description

Role Purpose

As our HR & operation Specialist, you will own the full employee journey — from the first welcome message to the final farewell — ensuring every team member experiences the warmth, professionalism, and efficiency that define SAN. You’ll combine operational excellence with a personal touch, creating a seamless process that reflects our culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding Excellence

  • Prepare and send hiring invitations and employment contracts.
  • Register new hires with social insurance, medical insurance, and internal systems.
  • Lead engaging welcome sessions introducing our story, values, brand culture, and role expectations.
  • Ensure all tools, systems access, and workspaces are ready from day one.

2. Offboarding with Care

  • Manage all exit procedures with professionalism and empathy.
  • Remove access from internal systems and government platforms.
  • Recover company assets and conduct exit interviews to capture valuable feedback.

3. Employee Support

  • Handle employee requests — from letters and certificates to leave and benefits queries — with speed and care.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure all employee needs are met promptly.

4. Government Platform Management

  • Manage transactions on platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Hadaf.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify and implement enhancements to the employee experience.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to refine onboarding and offboarding processes.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience with a focus on onboarding/offboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms.
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
  • Highly organized with a service-first mindset.
