Job Description

The HR Operations Associate plays a crucial role in managing daily HR operations for Avaya in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey regions across all businesses. This role offers insights into core day-to-day operational activities essential for running a dynamic Global HR Services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Processing HR transactions
  2. Utilizing an AI Chatbot and ticketing system to interact with employees
  3. Providing HR support throughout the employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire
  4. Creating process documents for the Middle East region
  5. Collaborating with HR partners
  6. Driving process improvements
  7. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data
  8. Maintaining compliance and supporting audits
  9. Working across functions to resolve challenges and enhance processes
About You
  • Must be a Saudi National
  • 0-2 years of HR-related experience; degrees such as Bachelor's or Master of Science preferred
  • Fresh graduates with project and internship experience are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in HR Operations, administrative roles, or customer support is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with leaders and partners
  • Ability to handle confidential employee data securely
  • Experience in HR shared services is a plus
