Job description

HR Operations:

  1. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, salary adjustments, and promotions, using HRIS systems and government portals (Ministry of Human Resources E-Services, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad).
  2. Ensure accurate and compliant processing of employment contracts, offer letters, renewals, and terminations aligned with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
  3. Maintain and update employee records systematically and ensure all documentation is stored and managed as per regulatory requirements.

Talent Acquisition:

  1. Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across various departments.
  2. Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies accordingly.
  3. Build a strong talent pipeline using online job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), and recruitment agencies as necessary.
  4. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding, maintaining the company’s brand reputation.
  5. Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Payroll & Benefits Consultation:

  1. Administer monthly payroll operations by coordinating inputs like leaves, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring alignment with Mudad wage protection system.
  2. Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Finance Department to reconcile payroll discrepancies and maintain payroll compliance.

HRIS and Government Platforms:

  1. Ensure seamless and accurate use of Ministry of Human Resources E-Services, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad platforms for daily HR operations.
  2. Generate reports and insights related to headcount, turnover, demographic analytics, and compliance statuses from these platforms.

Compliance & Legal Guidance:

  1. Monitor changes in Saudi labor law, GOSI regulations, wage protection requirements (Mudad), and immigration procedures.
  2. Advise management on compliance strategies related to employment matters, leaves, terminations, and grievances.
  3. Handle work visa processing, Iqama issuance and renewal, and other expat regulatory formalities using Muqeem and related platforms.
  4. Support leadership in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary actions, offering expert advice on legal and procedural matters.

Work Visas and Iqama:

  1. Advise on managing end-to-end process of securing work visas, including processing applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  2. Stay up to date on changes in Saudi labor and immigration laws, ensuring compliance at all times.

Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Management, and Talent Acquisition.
  3. Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
  4. Hands-on expertise with government platforms including: Ministry of Human Resources E-Services, Qiwa Platform, GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance), Muqeem (Passports Department), and Mudad (Wage Protection System).
  5. In-depth, strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, wage protection regulations, and immigration processes.
  6. Strong communication skills with the ability to advise effectively at all organizational levels.
  7. Fluent in English (oral and written). Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
