Job description

Our client, a leading company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize their HR functions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR service delivery, maintain full compliance with policies and labor laws, and enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Lead and manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and workflows to support business goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and government regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, handling investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes professionally and confidentially.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Finance, Legal, and IT for seamless operations.
  • Maintain and analyze HR data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Support audits and ensure readiness for regulatory reviews.
  • Supervise and mentor HR support staff.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven knowledge of key Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and HRDF.
  • Strong experience with HRIS and data management tools.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and payroll procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing employee relations and conflict resolution effectively.
