A leading company in the construction sector is seeking an HR Administrator in Jeddah. The successful candidate will manage HR transactions and maintain employee records, implementing labor law compliance and fostering positive employee relations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and 2+ years of experience.
• Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as benefits administration, regulatory compliance, onboarding and offboarding activities, introduction sessions for new hires, and feedback and exit interviews for resigned/terminated employees.
• Maintain regular employees’ data by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
• Define and implement internal HR practices that ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations.
• Update and maintain employee insurance records.
• Organize, record, and properly document employee training.
• Notify internal teams of personnel changes.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, compensation, and employment contracts.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in HR Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
