Updating internal databases with new hire information
Office operations, logistics, oversee manager of housekeeping, transportation
Facilitate and book regional trips to KSA office
Manage the government portals for company administration, deadlines, licenses, tenders, and recruitment, internships
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Responsible for supervising the HR procedures as well as policies
Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees
Supervising the day-to-day operations of all departments
Assist the team in conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
