Job description

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests

  • Updating internal databases with new hire information

  • Office operations, logistics, oversee manager of housekeeping, transportation

  • Facilitate and book regional trips to KSA office

  • Manage the government portals for company administration, deadlines, licenses, tenders, and recruitment, internships

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

  • Responsible for supervising the HR procedures as well as policies

  • Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of all departments

  • Assist the team in conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

Requirements
