  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for employees using Zen HR.
  • Ensure accurate filing of government reports like GOSI, Absher, and Qiwa.
  • Update employee records and maintain compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for employees using Zen HR.
  • Input data for hiring new employees and verify data in Microsoft Dynamics for payroll processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of government reports (GOSI, Absher, Qiwa, MOFA, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Support employee relocation processes through vendor partners (e.g., Fragomen).
  • Respond to employee queries promptly.
  • Process leaves, absences, and other employee transactions.
  • Assist in rolling out freelancer and contractor agreements via EOR providers (e.g., Deel).
  • Review HR procedures such as payroll, vacation settlements, and final settlements in accordance with Saudi Labor Laws.
  • Stay updated on changes to Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Resolve employee relations issues.
  • Update employee status, benefits, and relevant data.
  • Process personnel action forms with proper approvals.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and Arabic, both written and oral.
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Other related duties as required.
