Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)

Experience: Min 7 years of experience in HR Operations & Internal HR System

Job Profile:

  1. Set objectives for the HR team, track progress, maintain internal HR systems and databases, and manage budgets for the growth of the company and the employee.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to seamless onboarding for new employees.
  3. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  4. Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.

Contract: 2 years
