Job Overview:

The HR Officer under the Tamheer Program will support the daily human resources activities including recruitment, employee relations, contracts, payroll, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role aims to enhance the trainee’s skills and provide practical experience in a professional work environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
  • Support in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding procedures.
  • Help in tracking attendance, leave records, and updating HR systems.
  • Contribute to payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.
  • Handle employees’ inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Gain knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Participate in training and development programs and maintain employee files.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and submit them to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate registered under the Tamheer Program (HRDF requirements).
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours: Full-time – 8 hours per day.
