Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a HR Officer – Saudi National to join our highly qualified and knowledgeable Human Resources team in Jeddah, KSA.

Do you have four (4) years’ experience working in Human Resources across KSA? Are you eager to work with international, close-knit teams with an adventurous mindset and a proud culture? Build on a mission that matters!

What you will need to do:

  • Maintain plans for Saudization requirements and coordinate with all departments and projects for implementation.
  • Check and verify payroll for open and closed salary time entries.
  • Prepare settlements for employees going on leave (Leave Settlement), employees transferred to other sites (Inter-Company Transfer), and employees who resigned or were terminated (Final Settlement).
  • Prepare join duty slips for newly hired employees, employees returning from leave, and employees transferred from other sites.
  • Open payroll accounts for new employees and handle other bank transactions.
  • Summarize manpower within the region.
  • Manage and maintain the AHRIS system.
  • Consolidate termination/resignation reports within the region.
  • Handle additions and deletions for the Medical Insurance Program within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Monitor and update recruitment status reports on applicants and their progress.
  • Inform Construction Heads, Functional Heads, and Business Support Managers of all new joiners.
  • Conduct efficient and effective recruitment in accordance with HR policies, including screening CVs, conducting interviews, scheduling department interviews, performing reference checks, and confirming employment offers based on salary and benefits policies.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to have:

  • Four (4) years’ experience, either business- or HR-related.
  • Experience leading small teams in relevant positions.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office (mainly Excel and Word).
  • ERP knowledge is an asset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good attendance record.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
