Job description

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, and exit formalities

Support talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to ensure staffing needs are met on time

Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with labor laws and HR policies

Maintain and update HRMS and other related tools/systems

Handle employee grievances and assist in fostering a positive work environment

Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates

Liaise with department managers to assess staffing requirements and HR support needs

Monitor and evaluate HR metrics and suggest improvements

Key Responsibilities:
