Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Support and participate in all recruitment processes, including collecting applications, facilitating candidate assessments (written tests and interviews), negotiations, offers, and employment contracts.
- Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers.
- Prepare induction frameworks in coordination with relevant departments to provide comprehensive inductions to new staff (local, expatriate, regional).
- Review Job Description formats, cross-check with Salary Grades and Position Classification Frameworks.
- Communicate interview outcomes and process recruitment paperwork for approval.
- Send verbal and written job offers to successful candidates and notify unsuccessful candidates.
- Check Bridger for anti-terrorism compliance and forward questions from unsuccessful candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate logistic arrangements for new staff, ensuring they receive adequate information about the organization, policies, procedures, work desk, computer, email, insurances, etc.
- Ensure probation periods for new staff are set and assessed properly and on time.
- Collect all required documents from new staff, including degrees, ID cards, marriage certificates (if applicable), bank details, etc.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions.
- Keep track of all ongoing recruitment activities.
- Participate as an interview panel member as requested.
- Ensure recruitment forms and supporting documents are approved, including budget considerations.
