HR Manager (Saudi National)

Our client is a well established, American owned Multinational organisation who is a market leader within the manufacturing industry. They are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager for their operations in Jeddah and are specifically looking for a Saudi National who can support the continued growth within this region.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic input and defining all of the HR visions and goals for the region. You will work closely with the GM in aligning HR policies and procedures, developing recruitment strategies and campaigns whilst focusing on key projects (within employee engagement, organisational development and HR strategy). You will manage a team of three direct reports and be responsible for an employee headcount of 600+ in Saudi Arabia.

It is essential you possess very strong communication skills in both English and Arabic and have a proven track record of implementing change within a HR capacity. You will have a minimum of six years experience within human resources (with at least four at a Managerial level) and a mixture of both operational and strategic experience. Previous exposure within a Multinational Organisation is essential for this role.
