Job description

HR Manager – Food Service Industry – Saudi National

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Riyadh-based head office of a dynamic and expanding Saudi Arabian company. Working closely with the senior management team, you will provide leadership on HR strategies and help develop & implement policies to support business growth across KSA. The business is involved in the fast food / QSR industry and is currently undergoing transformation and rapid expansion.

The key areas of focus for you will be:

  1. Policy development and implementation
  2. Supporting the management team during the expansion process and organizational change
  3. Performance management
  4. Pay & compensation, ensuring salaries are competitive with market rates
  5. Recruitment & selection process
  6. Management of personnel files
  7. Development of training programs
  8. Various ad hoc projects to support the management team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong HR expertise with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field
  • A degree-level education, ideally combined with CIPD / SHRM qualifications (highly valued)
  • Previous experience in a restaurant/food/QSR environment
  • Saudi nationality due to Saudization program
