HR Manager (Saudi National Only)

Our client currently has 70 staff in KSA and aims to increase the team, primarily with expats, while targeting a Saudization rate of 55%.

The role includes recruitment, providing general HR advice, managing employment contracts, and reporting to the head office. It is suitable for a candidate who is enthusiastic, open to training, and interested in developing leadership skills. You will have one direct report and will be responsible for managing HR operations in KSA, requiring tenacity, strong character, and the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will have prior PRO/GRO experience, a good understanding of local labor laws, employment contracts, IQAMA processes, and procedures.

You need to be self-motivated with a hands-on approach to HR, and possess a minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
