Our client currently has 70 staff in KSA and they would like to increase the team, most of whom are expats. They have targets to Saudize the workforce to 55%.
The role will include:

General HR advice
Employment contracts
Reporting to head office
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, open to training, and developing leadership skills. There will be one direct report, but you will be responsible for managing the HR operation in KSA. You will need tenacity, strength of character, and the ability to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will have prior PRO/GRO experience and a good understanding of local labor legislation, employment contracts, and IQAMA processes and procedures.
You will need to be self-motivated and have a hands-on approach to HR. A minimum of 3 years of experience within HR is required.
