Job description

Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and driving organizational effectiveness. This role encompasses recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy development, compensation and benefits administration, health and safety, and strategic HR planning. Additionally, the HR Manager will manage all HR-related government portals in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads and school principals to assess staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management:Oversee the staff performance review process.
  • Establish clear job expectations and objectives.
  • Develop strategies to enhance productivity and employee growth.
  • Training & Development:Design and deliver training programs, including onboarding and compliance training.
  • Identify and address training needs in collaboration with department heads and school principals.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:Draft and enforce HR policies aligned with Saudi labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee rights, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular audits.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration:Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking for competitive compensation.
  • Address payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Health, Safety & Well-being:Implement and enforce health and safety policies.
  • Manage occupational health concerns and wellness programs.
  • Handle workplace accidents and incidents.
  • HR Reporting & Strategy:Prepare and present HR reports on key metrics.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage HR budgets.
  • Administration of KSA Government Portals:Manage Mudad (Payroll Wage Protection System).
  • Manage Qiwa (Employment Contract Administration).
  • Manage Muqeem (Resident Visa Administration).

Skills

  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
