Responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. The duties include hiring HR personnel, managing the hiring and onboarding procedures for other company employees, and coordinating with members of their department to provide support to company employees.
Some of their daily responsibilities include:
Planning regarding hires, transfers, or terminations.
Ensuring employee policies and procedures, like work permits, Iqama, or medical insurance.
Documentation electronic & manual and data maintenance.
Handling the process of leave applications from employees.
Business trip coordination, like arranging tickets with travel agencies and making travel arrangements for employees.
Coordination with the Finance Department for payroll including Salary & Settlement files.
Administration of internal communications including memos and HR announcements.
