Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Manager in an infrastructure company based in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization's workforce, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws, and developing HR strategies that support the company's infrastructure projects. This role includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hiring and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company.
  2. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues. Foster a positive and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws.
  3. Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to upskill employees and meet the needs of infrastructure projects. Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  4. Performance Management: Establish and manage performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and address performance issues. Implement performance improvement plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Compensation and Benefits: Manage salary administration, benefits packages, and other compensation-related matters. Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies related to compensation.
  6. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated with changes in labour law and implement necessary adjustments.
  7. HR Operations: Manage and maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and handle other HR-related administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an infrastructure or construction environment.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Experience managing diverse teams and fostering a positive work culture.
