A well-established engineering and services company supporting the energy sector across the Middle East is looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and support its people operations in Dhahran.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational HR with strategic input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR functions locally, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies in line with local labor laws.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with global HR teams where needed.
  • Oversee performance management cycles and training programs.
  • Handle visa processing, GOSI, and other government-related HR functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters.

Requirments:

  • 5+ years’ HR experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is essential.
