Job description

  • Supports in screening applicants for needed vacancies.
  • Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
  • Serves as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinates the hiring process end-to-end.
  • Supports onboarding and orientation activities for newly hired employees.
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  • Follows up on skill matrix and development plans for shopfloor employees.
  • Supports HR communication regarding policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • Handles shopfloor employees' complaints and compliance issues.
  • Responsible for contractors, daily attendance, monthly payslips, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Liaises with municipal, economic, and other governmental departments for trade licenses and office setup.
  • Prepares periodic reports for management or relevant authorities as required.
  • Monitors and improves immigration and labor record processes within the company system.
  • Ensures ongoing compliance with government regulations related to government relations activities.
  • Acts as a company representative in legal court matters.
  • Maintains knowledge of current labor and immigration laws and updates HR staff accordingly.
  • Informs HR team of significant issues affecting company goals that are not being addressed.
  • Responds to staff inquiries regarding visas, labor, and passports.
  • Provides salary slips to employees.
  • Prepares employment certificates.

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • 2-year degree (Associates) in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR administration with a background in government relations.
