Job description

  • Manage HR systems: Success factor/HRMS and Envision.
  • HR analytics.
  • Conduct exit interviews for leavers.
  • Assist HR team in tackling low performance/terminations/promotions and talent reviews.
  • Create and manage College recruitment, Internship and Graduate Trainee programs and career fairs.
  • Assist HR team in Employee Wellbeing programs.
  • Assist HR Team in managing payroll process.
  • Daily workflow of the staff in the department.
  • Participate in employee Environment (Health & Safety - Hygiene – Offices – Building - Engagement).
  • Employee recognition programs.
  • Assist HR team in ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and keep updated payroll information.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies if needed.
  • Works collaboratively with HR members to design, develop and implement the organizational development programs.
  • Facilitates the hiring process (interviews, technical assessments, job offers, etc.) to ensure the selection of right candidates for vacant positions.
  • Handle employment related queries form applicants, employees and managers, referring urgent and sensitive matters to HR Manager.
  • Attend employees disciplinary, terminations, investigations meeting and participate if requested by HR Manager.
  • Manages the relationships with key partners including universities, recruitment agencies, recruitment events and fairs organizers for the purpose of attracting high caliber candidates.
  • Assist in drafting human capital policies, guidelines, employee handbook and JDs.
  • May assist with constrictive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Participate in development of HR objectives and systems.
  • Any other task required by HR manager.
