A regional aviation company in Dammam is seeking a Human Resources Specialist responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with policies. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and possess 1-3 years of experience along with strong interpersonal skills. Experience with CIPD certification is a plus.

In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
