About Role:

As an HR Officer at CodeNinja, you will be integral to our HR team and responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure efficient and effective performance within our organization. You will collaborate closely with various departments, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Support employees with inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  5. Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyse results, providing recommendations for improvement.
  6. Organize and facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of any changes that may impact the organization.
  8. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance appraisals and developmental discussions.
  9. Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and mediating disputes as necessary.
  10. Prepare HR metrics and reports for management review to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
