Radiant Hospitality Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Director to lead a human resources function across diverse properties. This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and objectives while promoting a dynamic staffing and talent development process.
  • Lead effective recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives to build a diverse and talented workforce.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to management and staff for conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies.
  • Implement compensation and benefits programs that attract top talent and drive employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor HR metrics and use data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Foster a positive work environment that values inclusivity, collaboration, and employee engagement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use HR analytics to inform strategy and drive change.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
