Key Responsibilities:
- HR Audits and Governance
- Maintain, update, and validate employee data across HR systems and government platforms.
- Ensure data consistency between SuccessFactors, payroll, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and medical insurance records.
- Support post-payroll checklists and monthly reconciliation tasks.
- Generate employee data reports and assist in data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks related to HR data and documentation.
- Assist in automating data processes and improving data governance within employee services.
- Serve as the key contact for data issues related to employee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of data privacy, documentation control, and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication in Arabic and English.
