This opportunity is with a leading international hospitality group. Key Responsibilities: -Support the full recruitment lifecycle in alignment with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization goals (Nitaqat program). -Maintain accurate and updated employee files in compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) requirements. -Assist in processing GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa-related tasks, including employee registrations, transfers, and contract documentation. -Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparation of job offers, contracts, and final settlements as per Saudi labor law. -Coordinate employee training programs, including mandatory government compliance trainings and internal development sessions. -Support in handling HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) documentation and employee eligibility verification. -Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with local labor law and internal policy. -Collaborate with PRO (Government Relations Officer) to ensure compliance with visa, Iqama, and employment documentation processes. -Assist with internal audits and labor inspections by preparing HR documentation as required. -Promote employee engagement initiatives in line with local culture and organizational values.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -3-4 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (preferably in hospitality or service-driven industries). -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). -High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. -Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). -Saudi nationality is required for this position.
