About The RoleQatar Airways Human Resources Department is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our International HR team based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as an HR Coordinator.
Reporting to the HR Manager of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for providing HR support for departments operating across various stations in KSA.
You will support line managers in Ground Services, Commercial, and Cargo by providing expertise in employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership development, performance management, and talent management.
Accountabilities- Provide HR services to employees from onboarding to contract expiry, including employment matters.
- Support the end-to-end employee experience across all departments including Commercial, Ground Services, and Cargo.
- Handle HR queries from Head Office and Regional Office in coordination with local managers.
- Prepare HR documentation for recruitment, promotions, appointments, and salary reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment procedures with local managers.
- Ensure proper induction and onboarding of new staff.
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Prepare HR reports for regional management.
- Manage employee leave balances, sick leave, and updates in Oracle, maintaining personal files.
- Implement HR and administrative policies effectively.
- Perform administrative duties supporting HR records and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and support services for HR management, including correspondence, conferences, workshops, budgeting, and payroll.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced, multisite environment.
- Experience supporting onboarding, investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and advising line managers on policies.
- Knowledge of employment law and government compliance regulations.
- Experience with HR Management Systems.
