Join NES Fircroft as an HR Manager/Contractor Liaison
As an HR Manager you will lead HR initiatives, liaise between our contractors and clients and drive change to support our continued growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
MOL Representation
- Attend MOL hearings and Inspections / Audits by all governmental departments namely: MOL, GOSI, SAGIA, Chamber of Commerce, Immigration, Police department and the Drugs department.
Saudization
- Keeping the business updated where our Saudization level is at across all affected sectors.
- Supporting the business with fulfilling the required Saudization through diligent assessment of contractor’s qualification and their role on site.
Managing the Government Relations team
- Upskilling the GR team for the overall business objectives.
HR Related Concerns
- Act as an escalation point by all NES internal departments to resolve any contractor related concerns.
- GOSI – ensure smooth removal of contractors (GCC nationals) along with clearance forms’ signatures.
Liaising with all KSA Embassies globally
- Building professional relationships with key personnel with all concerned Embassies and Consulates.
- Visiting Embassies with Country Manager as and when required to enhance our visa capability.
In-Kingdom Compliance
- Ensure the business is always up to date with all of the required Licenses and any other Saudi related compliance that affect our day-to-day operations.
IKTVA Compliance / Training and Development of Saudi nationals
- Ensure that the business is updated with IKTVA changes and amendments, so we are fulfilling the requirements and always overachieving.
HRDF/TAAQAT
- Work with HRDF to acquire all the grants entitled by the business for the employment of Saudi nationals.
What We’re Looking For
- 8 to 10 years HR experience in the same field.
- Qualification and training in Human Resources A university degree is preferred.
- Good knowledge of KSA Labor law and visa processes
- Ability to comfortably advise on all employee relation issues.
- Listening and counselling skills with an ability to handle difficult and confrontational situations.
- Well-developed skills in written and spoken English & Arabic.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency.
- Handling of confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maturity and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships.
