Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

Our P&O Business Partner is a trusted partner to the business, bringing deep insights, an independent viewpoint and HR expertise to business issues. You will also play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design and structure by consulting with and influencing leaders to act on emerging people-related topics. Here are some examples of your daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • Understand Siemens’ business and strategy, be an active part of the decision-making process across all facets of the organization.
  • Analyze the external world and its implications on the business and people strategy (industries, markets, customer, people practices, etc.)
  • Ensure implementation of Global HR initiatives in our Saudi Organization.
  • Lead and contribute to the implementation of different HR programs and initiatives.
  • Coach and enable our business leaders to be more effective. Enable business to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline.
  • Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations.
  • Partnering with business leaders to actively analyze and drive culture change in line with business strategy.
  • Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs, process and policies based on the business environment/strategy.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

  • You hold a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent studies from a reputable university or college.
  • You bring multiple years of professional work experience in the HR Management domain, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Additional qualifications such as PHR, SHRM, or CIPD are highly valued.
  • You thrive in a diverse team and dynamic work environment.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • This role is ideal for Saudi HR professionals, especially those with experience in international business environments or large corporations.
