Job description

Master-Works is seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and will be responsible for aligning business objectives with HR strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  2. Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workforce engagement.
  3. Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that address human resource challenges.
  4. Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.
  5. Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent and a positive candidate experience.
  6. Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics, promoting awareness and compliance.
  7. Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and career development opportunities for employees.
  8. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, addressing any compliance issues proactively.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  4. Proven track record in supporting business objectives through effective HR strategies.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Experience in change management and organizational development is preferred.
