Responsibilities

  • Address employee concerns, handle queries and grievances in alignment with company values
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies tailored to the location in partnership with the global Talent Acquisition CoE
  • Facilitate performance processes, career development, and succession planning in partnership with the global Talent Development and Talent Management CoEs
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and align location-specific policies with country regulation and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with local leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and provide workforce insights.
  • Assess staffing needs, address skill gaps, and recommend restructuring solutions as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance practices, and HR policy implementation.
  • Proven track record in managing performance processes, succession planning, and career development programs.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment and collaborating with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong employee-first mindset.
