Job description

Provide leadership and support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and keep abreast of industry best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of HR operations.

Proactively evaluate and address employee relationship issues, foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution, mediation and cultivate a culture of transparent communication and mutual respect.

Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insightful guidance and assistance on HR-related issues, including talent development, employee engagement, performance improvement and organizational development.

Partner closely with key stakeholders, providing strategic direction and support to HR in critical areas such as talent strategy, employee relations, performance appraisal and organizational effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with business executives, provide strategic HR expertise and assist in key areas, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance appraisal and organizational progress.

Audit HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, actively participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives, and develop a high-performance and engaged workforce.
