Job Overview

The role involves talent development for the respective function, driving business requirements as per country regulations. Own and drive the organizational health agenda, ensure employee engagement, and maintain the safety and security of people and properties in normal and emergency situations.

Responsibilities
  • Implement annual HR initiatives supporting strategic objectives.
  • Deliver all four quadrants of HR: serve as an employee advocate, functional expert, change agent, and business partner.
  • Represent HR on the location leadership team, engaging in strategic direction, facility management, profitability, and performance goals.
  • Drive talent agenda within the function and provide opportunities for local talents.
  • Lead and support OHS and Engagement initiatives at the location.
  • Manage plant communication plans to ensure optimal engagement and two-way communication.
  • Coordinate performance management initiatives and Talent Management programs.
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations to foster engagement.
  • Coordinate corporate training strategies at all levels.
  • Conduct new employee orientation to promote positive attitudes toward company goals.
  • Develop recruitment specifications and source high-caliber candidates, including assessment center coordination.
  • Manage HR projects, key initiatives, and ad-hoc exercises.
  • Facilitate communication across all levels to support company vision and strategy.
  • Implement, sustain, and improve the EHS Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, site documentation, Modon requirements, and municipality cards.
  • Review data integrity quarterly.
  • Apply labor laws and company policies, partner with ELR on investigations, and track actions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management is essential.
  • Additional HR professional training is advantageous.
  • Ability to apply relevant labor legislation and manage labor relations is critical.
  • Experience in delivering interventions for operational people issues.
  • Assertive with strong interpersonal, persuasive skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Computer literacy.
