Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site, not remote)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Assistant to join our in-house team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, office-based position working closely with leadership and operational teams to support the full HR function across the business.

The HR Assistant will be involved in all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee relations, compliance, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role and be confident handling HR tasks independently, with strong English and Arabic communication skills and a solid understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Draft and circulate company policies under guidance, and ensure awareness among staff
  • Help ensure compliance with local labour regulations and HR best practices
  • Coordinate and schedule performance reviews and training sessions
  • Prepare basic HR reports and summaries for management
  • Assist in documenting disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations
  • Support employee engagement and staff communication initiatives
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all HR matters
  • Contribute to a safe, professional, and legally compliant workplace
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an HR support or generalist role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of Saudi labour law and HR procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Arabic
  • Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confidence handling sensitive information and interacting with employees at all levels
